Working With Machines: What we automate, Who Learns, Who Leads
Cohabiting with AI: hybrid workflows, governance, and the leaders of tomorrow
Every company is being pushed to move at machine speed. Almost none are asking what that speed will cost them in five years.
Two years into the AI era, the question is no longer whether to use AI but how to live with it. Cohabitation means treating AI agents as teammates: they draft, they analyse, they execute at a pace no human team can match. But a teammate can be onboarded, held accountable, asked to explain a mistake. A system cannot. And much of what makes an organisation work was never written down in the first place.
So the uncomfortable questions are not technical, they are organisational. Who decides what, and at what point, when the system runs faster than any human review? What happens to judgment when the work that used to build it disappears? And what does a company quietly lose when it automates around knowledge it never made explicit?
This panel brings together three practitioners who work inside real companies, on the decisions that actually matter.
You don't get to opt out of the AI revolution. You do get to choose how you dance with it.
About Mariella Borghi
Mariella Borghi is an interpreter of AI complexity, reading AI from Europe. She has worked with artificial intelligence since 2011, well before the generative wave, and brings twenty-five years of strategic marketing to the way she interprets it today. TEDx speaker and LinkedIn Top Voice for Artificial Intelligence, co-founder of AIDEA and Aziende Vincenti, she advises Italian and European corporates, helping leadership teams turn AI from a technological pressure into a governed decision: what to adopt, what to refuse, how to redesign work around it, where human judgment remains the strategic asset.
