About Laura Nasi

M. Laura Nasi is a medical doctor with a background in integrative health, mindfulness, and mind-body medicine. Trained in conventional medicine and oncology, she has spent years working at the intersection of science, mental health, and human transformation. Her work explores how creativity, embodiment, and symbolic thinking support resilience, self-regulation, and meaning in times of complexity.

Drawing from clinical experience, neuroscience, artistic practices, and a non-dogmatic use of astrology as a language of self-reflection, Laura accompanies individuals and groups in reconnecting with intuition and inner coherence. Her approach is experiential, secular, and grounded in the belief that health is not only the absence of illness, but the capacity to integrate life experience creatively.

About the event

In a world driven by speed, productivity, and constant stimulation, many people remain highly functional yet internally disconnected. This experiential talk explores how creativity and art function as essential tools for mental health — not as hobbies or performance, but as ways the nervous system regulates stress, integrates experience, and restores clarity.

Blending insights from neuroscience, integrative health, and a symbolic approach inspired by art , the session invites participants into a short guided experience to reconnect with intuition and inner perception. Rather than offering techniques to optimise performance, the talk proposes a different question: how do we listen to ourselves when thinking alone is not enough? Accessible, practical, and reflective, the session offers a fresh perspective on resilience, creativity, and sustainable ways of living and working.
